The Friends of HMSG include parent representatives from Inglefield House. They organise many fun and exciting activities throughout the year including fund-raising evenings, the annual ball and refreshments at our recent Sports Day.

March 2010 - Friends of Inglefield House Ceilidh

A most lively evening was enjoyed by about 150 people ranging in age from 6 to 60 plus! They dos-y-doed, swung their partners and promenaded to the lively music by Allan yn y Fan. Thanks go to all of the parents for the organisation of this enjoyable event. 

Woodwind Instruments
Friends funded the purchase of clarinets and flutes so that Year 5 pupils can now have the chance to try a woodwind instrument.

Christmas cards

The Friends of HMSG offered pupils the opportunity to create a design which were then professionally printed on to their own Christmas cards and other gifts, just in time for Christmas! Above are just a few of the colourful examples created by the children. The venture raised funds for Inglefield House.

June 2009 - Music system

The Friends of HMSG recently helped to fund a state-of-the-art music system for Inglefield House hall. Parents organised a very successful 'Ladies Night' to raise funds for the speaker system. Girls have enjoyed listening to the stereo during morning assemblies and parents were given the opportunity to hear the system in action at the recent Summer concert and Lower Junior Music assemblies.
